He has significant experience in litigation and court appearances, regularly appearing and advancing arguments before District Courts and the High Court of Delhi, as well as the Supreme Court of India, and tribunals such as the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT). His practice primarily involves representing clients in hearings, advancing arguments, and handling end-to-end litigation, along with drafting pleadings, legal notices, applications, and written submissions in matters relating to insolvency, recovery actions, succession, and civil disputes.

Currently, Apoorv is working as a Senior Associate at Solicis Lex, where he is part of the Banking and Finance vertical, with a focus on Project Financing. He is involved in structuring and reviewing financing transactions, conducting legal due diligence, and drafting and negotiating financing and security documents. His role includes advising lenders and stakeholders on regulatory compliance, risk allocation, and transaction structuring, as well as supporting transaction execution and enforcement strategies in complex financing arrangements.
