Adv. Shourya Jain is a qualified legal professional who graduated from KES Shri Jayantilal H. Patel Law College and was enrolled with the Bar in 2023. She joined Solicis Lex in April 2024 and has since been actively engaged in a wide range of legal assignments, with a primary focus on real estate and corporate advisory. Her practice focuses on real estate and corporate transactions, with particular experience in advising on large-scale redevelopment and property matters. She has been actively involved in the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of transactional documents, including Development Agreements Powers of Attorney, Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreements, Memorandum of Understanding, PMC Agreements, and ancillary documentation. Her work is directed towards ensuring transaction efficiency, contractual consistency, and compliance with applicable laws, including the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act and allied regulatory frameworks.

She has experience in conducting trademark searches preparing and filing trademark applications, drafting affidavits and responses to Examination Reports, and liaising with the Trademark Registry. On the corporate side, she has assisted in title due diligence and worked on Share Purchase Agreements and Shareholders Agreements.
