He is certified mediator at Delhi High Court. He advises & represents clients on a wide variety of matters in the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Tribunals, and Appellate authorities, including the DIAC, National Company Law Tribunal & Prevention of Money Laundering Appellate Tribunal.
He represents various statutory bodies, PSUs, and private companies such as SGPC, DSGMC, NHPC, IFCI, SIDBI, Punjab National Bank, North East Electric Power Corporation, Prudent ARC, CFM- Asset Reconstruction Co., Accenture, Blue Grass, and International Tractors Ltd., among others, before various courts.
He handles cases under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, Prevention of Corruption Act, Indian Penal Code, employment laws, and more. Additionally, he has advised NSDC on financial contracts based on project requirements.
