Rajendra Mishra is an LLB from 1984 batch. He is known for his high level of arguments as a Counsel with special expertise in CPC and Arbitration. He has been in practice at High court of Bombay, The Supreme Court of India apart from City Civil Courts, and main areas of practice are civil, corporate matters, arbitration, custom & central excise, commercial matters like bank, property, matrimonial and revenue matters, criminal trials, besides many others. He has also attended matters in United Kingdom & Dubai. He has been a senior visiting faculty, a Professor (teacher). At Jitendra Chauhan College of Law (Mithibai College), Mumbai since last 32 years+ and teaches Code of Civil Procedure, Arbitration & Conciliation Act. He is also associated with many educational/cultural Institutions, as well as is a prominent Rotarian. He has widely travelled abroad. He is Ex- Editor of two Law Journals namely Bombay Cases Reporter and Bankers Journal, having large circulation and used regularly by Judges and Lawyers.
